Hello friends, today we will discuss the Maxwell’s fourth equation and its differential & integral form.
Let us first derive and discuss Maxwell fourth equation:
1. Maxwell’s Fourth Equation or Modified Ampere’s Circuital Law
Here the first question arises , why there was need to modify Ampere’s circuital Law?
To give answer to this question, let us first discuss Ampere’s law(without modification)
Statement of Ampere’s circuital law (without modification). It states that the line integral of the magnetic field H around any closed path or circuit is equal to the current enclosed by the path. Continue reading “Maxwell’s Equations and their derivations”
Q1:- Why is a rainbow seen after a rain?
Ans:- Do you know what a prism does when white light passes through it? Yes it splits the white light into seven colors that is violet, indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange and red (VIBGYOR). After the rain, clouds containing water droplets act like a prism through which the white light is dispersed producing a spectrum of seven colors that is VIBGYOR. This is the reason the name is “rainbow”. This is the reason that rainbow is seen after a rain?
Q2:- Why is water from a hand pump warm in winter and cold in summer? Continue reading “Why is a rainbow seen after a rain?”
Q1:- Why does a balloon filled with hydrogen rise in air?
Ans:- As the weight of the balloon is less than the weight of air displaced by it therefore the balloon rises in air. In balloons hydrogen is normally filled because it is lighter than air.
Q2:- Why does smoke curl up in the air?
Ans:- This is another case of lighter weight. Smoke contains hot gases which are lighter in weight , follow a curved path because of the eddy currents that are set up in the air.
Q3:- Why does an electric bulb explode when it is broken? Continue reading “Why does a balloon filled with hydrogen rise in air?”
Hi guys We had pool campus drive of CMC limited in our campus CTIEMT Shahpur. It was the first campus in Punjab to visit for Batch 2012.
Firstly we had pre-placement talk , who told us about their company , vision and perspective.
Than we had out Written Aptitude Test.
It consisted of 50 Questions (time I forgot but I completed ahead of time so for me it was good plus No-Negative marking). Continue reading “CMC limited placement experience and interview questions”
One must have seen and if not seen then must have heard the term laser. But if you have seen the laser light emitting from a source, then there should be natural question how does a laser work? Therefore let us discuss how the laser works?
As already discussed in my earlier articles, that the full form of laser is “Light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation”. Therefore it means that in laser light is amplified through a process called stimulated emission. Thus it means that stimulated emission is that process through which laser can be achieved. That is the reason the stimulated emission is known as the principle of laser.
Concepts to learn how does a laser work: Continue reading “How does a laser work”

Statement.(a) It states that, whenever magnetic flux linked with a circuit changes then induced electromotive force (emf) is set up in the circuit. This induced emf lasts so long as the change in magnetic flux continues.
(b) The magnitude of induced emf is equal to the rate of change of magnetic flux linked with the circuit.
Therefore induced emf= – dφm/dt Continue reading “Maxwell third equation and its derivation”

Statement. It states that the total electric flux φE passing through a closed hypothetical surface is equal to 1/ε0 times the net charge enclosed by the surface:

Definition DISTORTIONLESS LINE
A transmission line is said to be distortionless when attenuation constant ‘α’ is frequency independent and the phase shift constant ‘β’ is linearly dependent on the frequency.
Condition for line to be distortionless Continue reading “DISTORTIONLESS LINE”
